Refund policy
Try it for thirty nights. If it isn't for you, send it back for a full refund of the purchase price. No forms, no restocking fee, no questions beyond "did it arrive?"
How
- Email hello@touchstonealarm.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We reply with a prepaid USPS label.
- Pack the stone in its box (or anything sturdy) and drop it off.
- Refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of the stone arriving back. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

The thirty nights start on the day tracking shows delivered.
Return shipping within the US is on us.
A stone that's been used is fine to return. That's the point of a trial.
A stone that's been dropped and chipped, or drilled, glued or painted, isn't returnable. It's yours.
Damaged on arrival? Don't return it. Email a photo and we send a new one.
After thirty nights, the one-year tag warranty in the Terms still applies.
